Sites of Queen Phillipa Of Hainult University & Park to be acquired.
A site has been identified that will soon be purchased from its owners Berkeley Estate Asset Management, 248 Oxford Street will be developed into Queen Phillipa of Hainult University it will be a multi storey classically designed building which will fit into the regency surroundings of Oxford Street and nearby Regent Street, it will be accompanied by the purchase of the John Lewis building at 300 Oxford Street which will be turned into Queen Phillipa of Hainult Park which is adjacent to the proposed university.
The university will be designed by Hopkins Architects.
